What we do

Six operations.
One standard.

  1. 01

    Surface Preparation & Grit Blasting

A flawless bond starts with a flawless surface — blasted to a precise 60µm profile.

Abrasive cutting sparks during surface preparation
  2. 02

    Mechanical Surface Conditioning

Power-brush finishing that leaves nothing to chance.

    Technician inspecting heavy machined steel
  3. 03

    Repair Area Delimitation

Every repair, precisely bounded and fully controlled.

Engineers reviewing repair documentation on site
  4. 04

    Riser Surface Reconstruction

Rebuilding the substrate for a stronger, lasting repair.

Vertical process structures at an oil and gas facility
  5. 05

    Defect Sealing & Repair

Flaws sealed, integrity restored — before the wrap goes on.

Welder sealing a steel defect under controlled sparks
  6. 06

    Composite Wrap Application

    Kevlar-reinforced protection engineered to spec.

How a repair holds

One engineered sequence,
start to certificate.

The six services aren't a menu — they're stages of a single controlled process. Skip one, and the repair is only as good as luck.

Story

Savic Company Ltd was built in the field — on risers, flowlines and headers where a repair either holds or it doesn't. We specialise in composite pipeline rehabilitation: restoring wall integrity without shutdown, without hot work, and without replacing a single joint of pipe.

Standards

Every repair is engineered and documented at each stage — surface profile verified at 60µm, defects mapped and delimited, laminates applied to calculated thickness. We work to recognised composite repair standards: ISO 24817 and ASME PCC-2.

Safety

Pipeline repair is planned risk, managed well. Cold-work methods keep ignition sources away from live systems, and every crew operates under permit with full traceability. The target on every campaign: zero lost-time incidents.
